Because each order is custom produced *all sales are final*
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To request a resolution, email:

  • Order number
  • A clear photo of item/issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

 

FINAL SALE NOTICE
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not issued unless the item is confirmed defective.
